Here are a few points to note as you prepare for your presentations
Bring your presentation on a usb stick, don’t forget your lanyard too!
Arrive 5 minutes before the session starts to meet the chair and other presenters
You will be welcomed by a session chair when you arrive at the room you are presenting in
The chair will use timing flashcards to help with keeping within your allocated slot
Timing for each individual presentation is 30 minutes. This is supposed to be around 20 minutes for the actual presentation and the rest of the time for introduction, questions and feedback

Parking
Parking is available at the Sir Owen G Glenn building and NZARE has secured a discounted $13+GST daily rate for parking, you can purchase a parking exit voucher during the day from the registration desk, eftpos is available. Click here for more information about the OGGB.

assemble outside of Waipapa Taumata Rau marae. 9.30 pōwhiri begins.
Our first guest speaker will be Hone Tobin GM Mātauranga, education lead from ECE level to secondary school level, representing Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei.
He will present his keynote before we move to the conference venue at 23 Symonds Street. Please remember to bring an umbrella if it looks like rain, as we will be walking up Symonds Street to the venue.
