Here are a few points to note as you prepare for your presentations

• Bring your presentation on a usb stick, don’t forget your lanyard too!

• Arrive 5 minutes before the session starts to meet the chair and other presenters

• You will be welcomed by a session chair when you arrive at the room you are presenting in

• The chair will use timing flashcards to help with keeping within your allocated slot

• Timing for each individual presentation is 30 minutes. This is supposed to be around 20 minutes for the actual presentation and the rest of the time for introduction, questions and feedback
