'Sharing Journeys' Annual Student Dinner

Where: Abracadabra Cafe and Bar, Rotorua

This year’s annual ‘Sharing Journeys’ student dinner/gathering was held at one of Rotorua's funkiest cafes. Abracadabra is fun, visually stimulating and has a great array of well-priced food options with an authentic Moroccan theme. The gathering asw once again a valuable opportunity to connect with and establish relationships within the graduate student body of educational research, New Zealand. The event was open to all students attending the conference (members and prospective members, full-time or part-time students and visiting students from overseas), and consisted of an informal dinner/gathering at which stories were told, friendships were formed and student-related issues were discussed.
